Welcome to Studio Inferno. By accessing, booking, or participating in any classes, workshops, or events at Studio Inferno, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

 

2. Memberships and Payments

  • All memberships, class packages, and drop-in fees must be paid in full before participation.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Studio Inferno reserves the right to adjust pricing, membership structures, or promotions at any time.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of membership privileges.

 

3. Class Reservations and Cancellations

  • Advance booking is recommended to secure your spot.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before class start time to avoid forfeiting the session.

  • Studio Inferno reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. Health and Safety

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age unless granted parental consent or are enrolled in a designated youth program.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to participate in fitness classes. Consult a physician if you have any medical concerns.

  • Studio Inferno is not liable for injuries sustained during classes, workshops, or events.

  • Please inform instructors of any injuries, conditions, or limitations prior to class.

 

5. Studio Etiquette

  • Arrive on time; late entry may not be permitted.

  • Respect fellow participants by maintaining a quiet and mindful environment.

  • Mobile phones must be silenced during sessions.

  • Proper attire is required; shoes are not permitted in practice areas.

 

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in any activity at Studio Inferno, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical exercise. You release Studio Inferno, its instructors, and staff from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All class materials, recordings, and content provided by Studio Inferno are the property of the studio.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of materials is prohibited.
