Why Hot Pilates?

Heated Pilates takes your workout to the next level, combining the core-strengthening precision of Pilates with the scientifically backed benefits of heat. The warmth of the room encourages deeper flexibility, boosts circulation, and increases heart rate to enhance endurance and calorie burn. The controlled environment allows your muscles to move more safely and effectively, intensifying every purposeful motion for a full-body sculpt. You’ll leave each session feeling stronger, lighter, and more centered, with a post-class glow that stays with you long after you roll up your mat.

Meet Our Trainers

Monica

Hi! My name is Monica Socha, co-founder and trainer at Studio Inferno. I am a Bowling Green resident and couldn’t be more excited to bring this unique, empowering fitness discipline to our community. Hot Pilates reminds me that true strength comes from focus, consistency, and moving with purpose-not to mention it makes fitness fun. I am also a full-time pharmacist, but my favorite job is being a Mom to my daughter, Monroe. Outside of the studio, I love Kenny Chesney, Key West, and spending time with my friends and family at our lake cottage on Catawba Island. I can’t wait to connect with all of you and help you to strengthen both your body and mind!

Jovana

Hi, I’m Jovana! I fell in love with Pilates because of how challenging and empowering it is—both physically and mentally. Over the years, it’s been my constant source of strength and balance, even through both of my pregnancies. I moved to Toledo from the Pittsburgh area to pursue my pharmacy degree, but my passion for Pilates quickly grew into something much bigger—a way to help others feel confident, capable, and connected to themselves. My classes focus on a “me vs. me” mindset, encouraging progress without comparison and celebrating every personal victory along the way. As a proud wife and mom to two little boys, I know how important it is to carve out time for yourself. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive community where everyone leaves feeling stronger—inside and out.

Emily

Hi! My name is Emily, instructor and co-founder at Studio Inferno! My journey with fitness began during nursing school, when working out became my favorite way to release stress and find balance. Over time, that simple routine grew into a deep passion for movement, wellness, and helping others feel their best.

At Studio Inferno, my goal is to create a space where everyone feels seen, supported, and inspired – whether it’s your first Pilates class or your hundredth. I believe in building a community that celebrates progress in every form, encourages one another, and leaves each class feeling stronger, happier, and more connected than when we started.
