Frequently Asked Questions
What is Studio Inferno?
Studio Inferno is a heated Pilates and sculpt studio offering a variety of classes designed to strengthen, tone, and empower. Our workouts blend Pilates, strength training, and cardio in a heated environment for maximum results and an elevated experience.
Why are the classes heated?
The heat helps increase flexibility, improves circulation, enhances calorie burn, and allows for a deeper, more effective workout. It also helps detoxify the body and leaves you feeling both challenged and refreshed.
How hot does the studio get?
Our classes are held in a heated room, typically between 95–100°F with added humidity for comfort and performance. The environment is carefully controlled to ensure safety while maximizing results.
Do I need Pilates experience to join?
Not at all. Our classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to seasoned movers. Instructors provide modifications and variations so you can tailor each workout to your fitness level.
What should I bring to class?
We recommend:
- Yoga or Pilates mat
- Mat towel
- Face towel
- Hydration
- Mats and towels are also available for rent or purchase at the studio
What should I wear?
Light, breathable, moisture-wicking clothing is best. Many clients prefer leggings or shorts with a fitted top for comfort during heated workouts.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class, especially if it’s your first time. This allows time to check in, get settled, and acclimate to the heated room.
Can I try a class if I’m new to heated workouts?
Yes! We recommend starting at your own pace, taking breaks as needed, and hydrating often. Most clients are new to heated fitness when they begin.
How often should I take classes?
Consistency is key. Most clients attend 3–5 classes per week, depending on their fitness goals. Our instructors can help guide you toward a tailored schedule.
Do you offer memberships or drop-in options?
Yes, we offer flexible pricing including drop-in classes, class packages, and unlimited monthly memberships. You can find all pricing details on our website or by visiting the studio. Be on the lookout for special offers and promotions throughout the year, too!
What if I have an injury or special condition?
Please consult your physician before starting any new workout program. Always let your instructor know before class so they can offer safe modifications tailored to your needs.
What makes Studio Inferno different?
We combine a boutique luxury atmosphere with high-energy, heated classes that challenge both the body and mind. Each instructor brings curated playlists and a personalized teaching style, creating an experience that goes beyond a workout—it’s a community.

Hot Room Etiquette
- Please, no outdoor shoes past the lobby.
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early to give yourself time to set up and prepare yourself for class. Please be kind and considerate to your fellow students. Say hello and make room for each other!
- While we encourage every individual to listen to their bodies and do what is best for them, we suggest that clients remain in the room for the duration of the entire class. Staying in the room will allow your body to acclimate to the heat. All classes end with a savasana, where clients practice a final resting state. This calms the nervous system and allows the body and mind to shift out of the exercise state.
- If you need to cancel, please do so eight hours prior to class. This will allow for waitlisted clients to be put in the class. Late cancellations will be charged a $20 fee.
- Please no cell phones during classes. This time is for you and the other clients in the room. Unplug and enjoy removing yourself from the world outside of the studio.
- Maintain your area as best as possible. Wipe up your sweat and gently set any equipment on the floor after use. After class, please sanitize and rerack any weights in the equipment space outside of the heated room.
